PRE-REGISTRAION DETAILS

This is a pre-registration form to gauge interest and decide final classrooms. Please fill out the form for each child you wish to attend. Full time child will be used to fill classrooms first.

The opening date for the daycare has not been decided yet, but when it is decided, you will be notified and need to pay the $75 registration fee.

The daycare will be open from 6:30AM - 6PM, Monday through Friday.
Cost: Infant through two years old $145 a week / Three & four year old's $140 a week
Part time prices are still to be determined.
